Shaping our Story

Shine Mentorship was born from the foundation of Inner Sunshine CIC, a community-focused, not-for-profit organization dedicated to family well-being, collaboration, and supporting communities in Doncaster and the surrounding areas. What began as a mission to promote holistic well-being through Inner Sunshine has now grown into two interconnected organizations—Shine Mentorship and Inner Sunshine CIC—each supporting and collaborating with the other.

Our founders come from educational backgrounds and understand the vital role of pastoral care, mentoring, and holistic support. With both personal and professional experience in additional needs, social disabilities, and neurodiversity, we are passionate about making a real difference.

By combining lived experience with expertise in community learning, cohesion, and education, Shine Mentorship provides tailored mentoring for individuals who need support.
